no one by one doesnt work

i downloaded (P2P) an album and when i tryed to add it to iTunes nothing happens, the files doesnt show up, doesnt play and there is no error message. i have them in WMP where there were no problems. all the files extentions are .mp3

i'm guessing he uses vista? i have the same problem on my vista, but non on my xp. therefor i conclude it is a OS problem, wich microsoft has to work on.
