The clip was an example to how much yelling there is when cts are trying to give orders and an admin is there. Frostbitten had no control because just everyone was yelling. If we had less on the server, it would have been easier for cts to give orders, and for Frostbitten to address the issues he was facing.

Hello, SkinnyDips here. Ever since the jailbreak server slot was increased to 28, I have been confused. Everyone here knows that jailbreak is the hardest server to admin. Even at 24 slots, when the server was full it was just not fun to play. Everyone is screaming over one another on the mic and ts cant here cts orders, ts get shot then complain and it all becomes a cycle of yelling and spamming in the voice chat. With 28 people on the server, it becomes even worse with me having to turn my VOIP down to around 1 to play. If we cant add some sort of restriction to the ct side, we need to decrease the amount of players joining the server. In this video below I have a prime example of whats happening with @Frostbitten trying to explain a slay he made, while the entire ct team is screaming on the mic. I feel bad for the admins, and to the quiet players as well. Thanks for your time, SkinnyDips

I suggest installing the program voice meeter. It improves your mic quality alot.

No wonder you have been posting a ton lately. Anyways, for an admin, I think the two biggest things is to be active, and respectful. Also making player complaints can really help.
