This is obviously my own opinion, and I am not calling anyone out or trying to disrespect anyone, let me make that clear first. I think the rank merge was a good idea, as we are cutting down the amount of servers we have, and trying to simplify our rank structure, but I think the rollout on this was wrong. I think AO being rolled out would have been better paired with the rank that replaces CA, Community Representative or whatever it was going to be called. I feel like it would have made more sense to divide the current (well, former) SMs into Community reps and AO respectively. The people in CR would be the first batch, and the next batch would be elected. I don't know, I guess there's just some names I wouldn't particularly expect, nor trust with the powers of SM + IA, but again that's my own personal opinion. Speaking of, where is the rank/ranks replacing CA? From what I heard, unless I am remembering wrong, that shit was near ready to rollout at a recent community meeting (idk, @BoM was leading the meeting <--- in terms of time frame of the meeting)... so what happened to it? Did it get scrapped? I know you guys are doing a progressive rollout and maybe I'm being too critical but just my own thoughts ig.

When I was first talking about this idea with ZZL and scrolls, having guns be buyable was completely off the table. Idk how they got roped in. That's completely unbalanced. I think remove the pistols. The tazer is fine. Maybe make it once every other round.

Depends on what you're using it for. If you're using it to load games off of, I would go for a SSD. If you want to store stuff that doesn't require fast loading like old recordings, documents, pictures, etc... go HDD. If you go with HDD, go with a seagate. I'm one to comment as I have always been one to make underhanded remarks, though usually it's in the politics threads which are nothing but personal insults anyway, but attacking a former admin who is no longer around regardless of how they did is kind of cringe. Anyway. Lowkey this thread derailed from it's original point. As a reminder to the squad brains, this is a thread pertaining to Jailbreak. My opinion on going toward event focused population is the way forward. It doesn't even have to be Protect the President or like some fancy event, it can be as simple as "Hey on such and such date and time, let's pop jailbreak and hang out for an hour or two". I feel like taking a casual approach toward the servers at this point may be a good shift. Try and create a more laid back and relaxed environment and I'm sure more results are to come. Or not.
