CTs are allowed to camp as long as they are helping their team and not delaying. Seems pretty clear that if he hadn’t been in armory vent you would’ve had a gun and been killing CTs.

I don't see how playing devil's advocate helps the case to change the rule. If anything this warning shot rule may actually keep players on the servers. There are multiple servers that have the rule that no warning shot is required. It's not very difficult to follow the orders, and even if you misheard or misunderstood CTs at least you have a better chance of living with warning shots.

I don’t know if you miss typed, but the rule has always been that you are required to give one warning shot then you are allowed to kill them. Obviously this only applies to if they aren’t following the same order you previously warning shot them for.

Not really understanding where you're coming from. A warning shot is a "warning" to the player. Any damage that doesn't instantly kill the t is considered a warning shot. If this were a thing the only way CTs would be able to kill ts would be from rebelling and LRs which would make the rounds go a lot longer.

It is a retakes server and I'd guess 9/10 times people are retaking they don't have full utility. This server is already extremely hard for cts retake because it allows for 5v5 and giving ts full utility would make it nearly impossible.

I don't know if someone fixed the damage problems that were an issue when the !dz plugin was first put in, but what I do know is that there is still a very annoying problem with the fists. Every time I get hit by fists with people on the same team I literally do a 180 on my screen, making it sometimes unplayable if you have people spam hitting you fists. If there is a possible fix to this I think a lot of JB regs would enjoy the change. In regards to the damage problems, there are various weapons (I think axe and wrench) that were doing at most 29 damage and as low as people having to hit CTs and Ts 8 times to kill them. If these were already fixed disregard the last sentence.
