They update OBS frequently so first make sure you're on the latest version if it's not automatically updating. Settings in OBS are really entirely based on your PC, if you're getting choppy/laggy gameplay lower your bitrate and audio settings. In normal circumstances that should fix most of the issues you are having. Record in MP4 and depending on your graphics card make sure you're using the right encoding. I'm pretty sure it selects it automatically for you but as you said you just switched cards. As I said previously start your bitrate probably at around 30000 test it, then lower/raise it from their accordingly. If you can't manage to get it to work after that I believe in the adv. settings tab there are render options which again is entirely dependent on what graphics card you have (Opengl for AMD, Direct3D for Nvidia) make sure you have the correct one selected. Haven't used OBS for awhile, but hope this was helpful.

After looking at the map it's pretty good, feels very small & as the title says close quarters. I think it could use a bit more character to it because it feels a bit empty, maybe 1-2 more decently sized rooms kinda like they have the board room & break room on the tower map.

Contact Steam Support, show proof of purchase through transaction ID's, Government issue ID and whatever else it takes if you want your account back. Mention how you they cheated you out of your skins because they do revert transactions besides what people say. I think you misunderstood me in the highlighted portion. A CT throwing guns away is only when they slay without said plugin for example lets say freekilling, not something they do when they're about to die. Ofcourse someone can throw there guns away before they die, but that wasn't my point- my point was that people could throw their guns before slaying themselves so that a prisoner doesn't get them later into the round. The incentive to kill yourself when you know you're going to die is to not allow the T to get your gun. As a basic example : Prisoners all rushing me into a corner I'm fucked no matter what- I suicide. My gun is gone, the Ts get nothing and my team benefits. Very simply exploitable.

If there is a exploit/loophole, it will be abused.. Without a single doubt in my mind, it's just how life works. CTs can slay themselves a following round, it is far more practical and fair for all parties involved. Even if they don't slay themselves next round all they have to do is throw their guns somewhere safe and slay. I see no reason why we need an abuse-able plugin that will take work to make only to perform a very minuscule task that can otherwise be done in a few seconds.

Buy none of them. Go see some movies, buy some games, get some good food, save money for your future. Don't waste money on CS:GO skins.
