So then take the password of scrim and make it a public server? There's plenty of people who join communities through scrim and 10 man servers.

So, I'm proposing this idea on behalf of me and the other scrim addicts..... So, every time you win a game on scrim, it's recorded. At the end of the month, the leader board will reset and the top 3 on the leader board will get forum badges that are gold (1st place), silver (2nd), bronze (3rd). If someone is 1st, 2nd, or 3rd multiple months, the badge will say, "1st place x times". thoughts?

It's really not that complicated. Your literally just mopping floors, scraping walls, and placing burgers, lettuce, mayo, etc... Onto buns. But... BK makes it complicated by making you have to take a 30 hour video training course, where they just spew random and useless shit out at you. Like we have to memorize the exact temperature to keep 20+ different cleaning sanitizers and cleaning sprays. I just need someone to show me in person how to do it, since I literally fall asleep while watching their video course.

So recently, I was hired to work as a Crew Member at BK as a part time while going to school but... All new employees must take a set of video courses to totaling around 27 hours in length. These videos contain everything you need to know about how to do your job. i.e. (Food temperatures, the different ways you need to make 50+ orders, sterilization temps, and all this other crap which is more complex than you think.) Anyways, these videos are so boring to watch that it's so hard to concentrate on the video its self while watching, not to mention the 30 hours of training u need to memorize. I barely remember any of it, and am almost done with the videos. I was wondering if there's any other BK employees in SG. If so, do we get a manager to employee personal training day after the video course is done? If not then I'm so fucked

Ok, so as some of you know, I was going in for my interview at BK today. This went a bit weird.... 1. When I went in and asked to speak to Rene (he's the manager), he came over and said immediately that he was sorry but I had to be 16 to apply for the job. 2. After telling him my proper age and who I was, he made a crude gesture about how my voice sounded older when we had talked over the phone. 3. While we were talking he told me that I was consistently mumbling, when I was clearly speaking loudly. 4. 10 mins into speaking with him in in his "office", he told me that he was really busy and if I could come back at the same time tomorrow. I don't know how he could be that busy when the restraunt was literally so slow. 5. The only thing he liked was my piercings and that I was willing to work everyday. So all in all, he was kind of nice, but he did some random stuff. I'm confused to whether he's just a dickhead or if he was pulling some sort of "test" on me to see how I would react in the case of a customer being rude to me. Nonetheless I'm coming back tomorrow like he asked. thoughts? Edit : yes I now realize that I fucked up the spelling of "Application" in the thread title so badly xD

So I'm applying for a part time job at BK, while I'm not in school. I spoke with the manager over the phone yesterday, and we scheduled a meeting for tomorrow to see about getting a job. I'm not worried about the interview itself, as its BK (Burger King) not a very detailed job lol, but I'm concerned about my appearance. While I'm a junior and am 16, I am only 5"1, so I'm very short. I'm worried that I won't be taken seriously because of my height, thoughts?

I think "contribute more than an average player" could mean a verity of things. Whether it be hosting giveaways and events to promote the community, or creating custom community maps, or helping test out and fix bugs within the site or servers. Or simply over the course of a long time, helping new players and being friendly. And obviously, if you step down from an administrative position in which you have put effort to keep the community clean.
