This is a pretty stupid topic to make, every european person is going to defend that their country isn't racist, and it's pretty much bullshit to think they are.
like apple said, people who imigrate to that country have little education, therfore not qualifying to have great jobs, nor the experience to get one.
surely if someone from say a African origin had education, experience in the sector they wanted to get a job in, then i doubt it would be too hard to find a job.
there a law's in place, to stop that kind of thing happening. For example the Human Rights Act. 1998
I'm going off on what i think, there's no discrimination racially in the UK at all, where i work i see people of different ethnic backgrounds in jobs of power.
