Well I sent several screenshots of the problem to them and I presume it probably happens with a lot of the headsets considering it happened to me before. Still waiting on a response though
So you could basically just bluff your way to getting a new bit of hardware? Without showing proof of purchase?
Tried about 7 differen't USB ports..thing is totally fluffed. Waiting on an email back from them

Got some Logitech headset and it is basically saying the USB device cannot be recognized. In device manager it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
Any ideas? Before I throw this piece of shit out the window. Bearing in mind this is the second time this has happened to me and last time I bought a new one.
There are no driver downloads as it's pure plug & play..
