Speaking from someone in a similar job type, I would not inform the customers of what he is doing. It's unprofessional and can make you look bad in the long run (even though it's not your fault at all). Contact the powers that regulate your company (this so called BSA?) and tell them what's happening. Start looking for a new job, good luck.

I got the 'G3' version as a work phone and it's awesome, the apps are pretty awesome if truth be told. The actual phone isn't great though..

Why would I want to lie to myself in 50 years time?

I've thought for ages that I'd like to start writing a journal (as weird and lame as it sounds). Purely so that in like 50 years time I can go back and read all the stuff that I'd forgotten over the years. I've set myself a target of writing at least once a week. I found a fairly decent program to do this with called The Journal 5. It automatically records the time and date and comes with password protect. Anyone else interested in starting it or actually doing one?
