You can access the settings by typing in the IP of your router [default gateway] into a web browser (normally 192.168.1.1)
to check go to run --> type cmd --> type ipconfig and it should show up.

System restore would be the easiest option, depending on whether you have them set or not on XP. I'm sure it auto does it on Vista.
Which OS do you have?
I'm not sure what your problem is, the map has been on there for like 6 months with no complaints, just because you don't like it doesn't mean it should be removed. A lot of people including myself enjoy it.
And to your rep message, I read your whole post. no where did you discuss boosters.
Lol.
Who ever reviews this (probably beth) let me tell you, this map is very well made and it's very easy to make it to the next part (there are boosters that your missing topcat).
