Recently whenever I used Plays.tv all of my recordings became really choppy and glitchy. I searched up many solutions, however none of them worked, thus I switched to OBS to recording, then using MovieMaker to edit, then finally uploading the video file to youtube.

When I used Plays.tv I always used automatic. Manual is just too buggy and messes up too much, at least from when I was trying it. Plus it's just easier having it record in the background the whole time, it makes it easier to catch rulebreakers without having to do much.

I noticed two things that are going to be a problem with this new LR system, for S4S particularly. Although other CTs can't harm the T, they can still slow him and even aim punch him. Another problem is that if he manages to get far away enough from the CT he's doing the LR with, he can just run into armory and the other CTs can't do anything. Using an ASUS laptop and just recently updated my drivers. Was working perfectly around 2 months ago

I have tried using both 50 mb/s and 10 mb/s, doesn't make a difference

Playing on a laptop with a GeForce 610M won't allow for shadowplay

Forced death games just don't work with our servers that well, however I do see a lot more T's volunteering for optional death games, and this is where I think the rule around death games is going to stay. Most people do not enjoy the forced death games and I do not believe that they will change their minds. This has already been tested and I think we should leave it as it is.

If the person does not know anything about the servers other players can inform them on how to play and what they should or shouldn't be doing. However if it is a troll then there is a player complaints section where you can post evidence in order to get them banned.

I mean I see the reasoning behind this thread, but I feel as if there are going to be many instances where by the time you receive a response, you either already have the question/questions answered, or you don't need it anymore, however, I still wouldn't mind this thread becoming a thing.
