I would like clarification on this quote, if the CT doesn't have to slay if he/she free-kills. How do you justify someone free-killing? Now let me explain... I am not talking about mass free-killing or anything of that matter. A general free-kill that occurred due to the chaotic nature of the server. If the CT isn't required to slay, then why would an admin have the power to slay him or her? I could understand if it was generally a player that is free-killing to ruin the experience of JB but I have seen admins slay CTs for accidental free-kills or even a CT who may have killed 1 or 2 CTs due to crossfire. Here is a link to where this discussion came up. Now hear me out, I am only looking for clarification. I am not trying to be a nuisance. there may be another thread you may already know about this, i didnt take the time to look i am unsure if it is everytime but when you take the command !fo and type something in chat it also pops up in the middle of the screen, everyone can see it.

Honestly the entire rank plugin should be reset monthly to give the newer players a chance at the #1 spot.

You don’t want to overdue it, you are still young. Your body is still developing. However my work out consists of Chest/Bicep Mon/Wed/Fri; Back/Tricep Tues/Thur; Finally end the workout week with Legs Saturday. I also do cardio at the end of every workout as a cool down. I can’t really give advice on specific workouts because I’m not an expert but what I can tell you is you don’t want to just work your entire body in one day. You want to make sure you have days your muscles can rest so try spacing out specific muscles for different days. If you want to get more lean muscles do less weight but more reps; If you want bigger muscles do more weight and less reps.
