Joined steam in like late 2016 to play various games but mainly just focused on csgo after i got my new computer and could actually play with more than 10fps

The LR plugin is just there to suggest LR's so the T's can easily tell who they're LR'ing and so it can be a bit more fair and have actual guidelines such as forcing the ct to use the gun required in a S4S. but if a T wants a different LR then they can communicate that to the CT and if they agree then they may do that

My Answer: My favorite SG server has to be ZE and my most memorable moment from my entire time on ZE is when I got banned by accident and had to create this forum account to appeal the ban, bringing me closer to this wonderful community. I agree in having both and keeping teamspeak for more professional matters in the community while discord can be more of a casual place for players to hang out such as the forums are

I bought the game a while back and never actually got around to playing it If you want to get together and teach me how to do so then im completely down to learn the basics and try and revive that server and possibly get a big group of people going on it

This would be quite fun on some of the easier maps and would really add some extra sense of gameplay to wanting to play ice cap or dangerous waters or etc. People would have more reason to go onto the server and have a different aspect of play style

Ill listen to pretty much anything as long as its good to listen to and not ear rape

My opinion is that discord would be great for SG to just have a place where people can easily find an admin if someone is abusing the rules on a server without having to wait for someone to respond to !calladmin or have somebody pm an admin to get the server back to its fun and playable state. If SG does end up getting a discord, i feel that it should mainly be used for situations such as rule breakers, or glitches in maps, or even just problems with the server, for people to go and chat and explain the issue so the admin doesnt have to get 500 people screaming at them as to what happened when they join the server and have to try and pick out bits and pieces from the chatter. Alternatively, there could be a place in the discord server for finding people to play on one of the servers so they dont have to wait an hour before they have enough people to play an enjoyable game. I feel the problem with TS is not that it is old but rather that it does not support text chat very well where a good amount of people do not have a mic, so they tend to not like it or steer towards something more user friendly such as discord which was designed with gaming in mind. PS. Sorry I kinda rambled on, just giving my opinion on the matter

Track because we had good coaches and made it fun and challenging but our new coaches suck but the people are still great

Anybody got any good music suggestions that I could listen to while gaming like on these servers for example?

Ive been here a little while and I'm pretty sure that this server doesnt have a discord. Maybe it would be a nice idea to get just one more form of communication for everybody that doesnt want to install teamspeak and can easily chat without having to go onto the internet and onto the forums just to do so. Im not sure if there's a reason for the server not having a discord channel but if its possible i feel like this would bring a lot more communication and trust into the server while teamspeak can stay reserved for business type purposes such as community meetings and casually talking while playing any sort of game.

Id say best moment of 2017 had to be all the times i spent with my friends and stuff and being happy but not that stupid fake happiness dopamine shit, the real happy feely wanting to live type of happy. 2017 may have sucked, but it set up for a great 2018

Idk @TheCharizard I can sleep pretty darn well I consider a sport something that requires a person to attempt to do two different things at once such as running and kicking a ball, so running is half a sport and swimming is a survival instinct.

I know, it gets so annoying when they argue about it for 10 minutes too. Its probably the main reason i made this post was to double-check that I was right and now I have proof to show them when they argue YAYY

So we're saying that like 2 seconds after giving a warning shot isnt enough time, right? It should be around like at least 5 seconds for the t to show initiative to follow the order, right?

I feel that there is a lot of arguing and confusion about the clarity of warning shots and when ct's are allowed to kill. I've been hearing recently people saying that after 1 warning shot, the ct's are allowed to kill that t which doesnt seem right to me. Can anybody give clarity on warning shots and how much time and/or warning shots are required before a t can be killed by a ct Thanks!!

Bloody makes a good point, it would probably be beneficial to record the meeting and possibly post some questions in a forum thread after the meeting on some still unresolved topics. This way everyone could participate in the meeting in some way seeing as some people might have work or other matters already pre-planned to attend to. Just a suggestion to try and incorporate everybody on the future of the server seeing as Im sure many people would like to be there but wouldnt be able to make it, or even dont have a mic to participate in the conversation. Again, just a suggestion, not telling you how to do your job, just looking out for the whole server here and trying to give you some stuff to think about

Im down for getting a giant list of possible deathgames for people to look at It would make things a lot more fun for the t's i feel, and it would be better if the cts just didnt play the same deathgames every single time such as simon says, because while fun, its a lot more fun to mix things up with some player invented deathgames or just some good old map implemented deathgames. But just because ct's say its t's choice, doesnt mean that the ct's have to put themselves in harms way unless they are willing to participate in said deathgame which in the case of kill the ct, it would essentially just turn into a war day i feel like which is not a thing that this server offers so they can still reject unreasonable requests

Is there any plan for the dead servers that SG has such as the scrim and casual servers to bring players to them such as a reward system for going on them or anything of the sort? Just curious because I love this community and I would love to play some regular matches like that on this server but I cant when nobody else goes on them.
