I've been hearing for a while about the new TTT plugin which is being worked on. 
Here are some suggestions to improve the server.   
Of course, better hit registration (like we all want). I'm not sure how hit reg works, but I believe it would be better if there wasn't a custom hit reg? Not sure.   
Improved logs for admins When someone is RDMing, you call an admin on. The RDMer sees the admin, and stops the RDM. The admin can't do anything as there is no evidence, unless someone recorded. My suggestion is to add a better log system, by allowing past logs from the past 10 rounds to show after joining (or so).  This will help us get rid of the rule breaking RDMers on TTT.   
New !menu items Many people have suggested adding certain idea gadgets to the detective, and traitor !menu's; Along with a !menu for innocents (I'm sure people have suggested that for innocents). Maybe we could change up the game by taking fair ideas that would work without being too powerful? For example, a rechargeable taser for detectives, which costs more credits than the normal one; Or a grenade that does more damage and has a bigger explosive radius, for traitors. I'm not saying that I want these things, I'm just giving examples. A good gadget that could be added to an innocent menu is a "health-shot" that most servers have for some reason; After killing a traitor, he/she receives a credit to use in the shop, which could buy a 50 HP health-shot, or something. 
 
Try to remove red text console spam  I believe this is a problem with textures and such, but maybe there's a way to fix the maps for good. 
I'm not a developer, I don't know how this works, but if its possible, I suggest working on that so that our players do not have FPS drops, to provide a smooth game-play experience for all maps.   
This might be an unnecessary thing, but I have seen people complain about letting innocents into traitor rooms.  
In order to solve that, there should be an invisible wall which only stops innocents and detectives from entering traitor rooms, just so that nothing bad happens and no one's Traitor round gets ruined in there due to teaming.   
Another major problem in the current TTT, is Traitor red circles (T Buddies) disappearing. As a traitor, I have experienced this myself, and I'm sure mostly all of you have too, where the red circles on your buddies, disappear. Therefore, you might end up RDMing you, or the other way around. This problem seems to occur more on certain maps, certain locations of the maps, and sometimes it's just the plugin itself messing up. Overtime, I've noticed that this problem appears more today, than it use to back then when I started.   
Now, the rule of you can't KOS off of sound, should be allowed in SOME situations. If the player knows the map, and all of the details have been leaked after hearing a death, and there's literally no other way of entering that area other than the entrance you're at, you should be allowed to KOS the person who killed in there. It makes no sense to me that if you have enough evidence, you can't kill them. I'm sure some players feel the same way. But the again, I'm only trying to help our server become a better game.

P.S, I feel like we need to remake/add some rules and other things like that to improve the server further, so yes some of these ideas don't have anything to do with the plugin itself.
