Gotchu holmes, but uh just don't be silver/gold to start and it wont be all aim no brain but that shit is hell to get out of, good luck @Hawks
The point of abilities is for them to use it as an advantage and throw off other players to get these picks, but if they are wasting so much until in the first few seconds of the round that gives them the disadvantage later on, even with all the abilities you have to know what angles to play for, if you don't know the angles to play for on "banana" of icebox then you can't fight shit cause you have no brain. You never have to gamble stack on Icebox thats the dumbest thing i've heard, especially since 90% of the time the only 'sentinel' you have on icebox is Sage and her wall is used to cut off kitchen, all you need to do is rotate your mid players to B and play the angles and not overpeak to where you lose advantages. IMO Icebox is one of the few maps that makes you have to autolock your best agent because its a test of who can use abilities the best on top of strategy/aim which makes it fun.
The problem with Breeze as of right now is there is no strat it is just run it down and try to out aim the other team, the sage walls on this map are practically useless unless you are on defense, All it is to me is an Aim trainer map tbh, but the problem with "B" you say there are only 3 spots to sit but i can name 5-6 especially if you are playing viper/sage and just can use their utility to rotate to a different spot each time. You say its hard to split B well thats because of the fact if they go elbow unless they get into Con without anyone seeing them they have at least 3-4 angles they have to check at once and if your team is too ignorant to split then your just a free pick. As far as its not "OP" sided, anyone with an OP is usually gonna play B for a pick then rotate to mid to look at bottom mid, it doesn't matter if something is "OP sided" if someone is cracked with an you have to prefire strafe tap them to even get the kill 80% of the time, something being OP sided does not matter if you know how to use movement and the OP itself because any repositioning you can do will get you an advantage and there is tons of Breeze especially if you have people rotating over from A Halls to help you in mid and they get info you can use. A is not complex you have 3 angles that people normally play imo its the easiest site to get onto unlike B. you don't have to put pressure on A to win but the fact is usually a fragger will be playing A like reyna/Jett because they can reposition the easiest with their abilities then you either take out a bottom fragger that is due to pop off or a top fragger which is beneficial but at the same time its not needed if people can play right on a post plant. And on top of it Breeze is the MOST all aim no brain map cause it is a point of who can get the first pick and where and that settles the round for the most part.
These pros are also playing against people who are better than them and teams who have better chemistry and possibly better strats. Take TenZ as an example obviously you throw him against 90% of others pros hes shitting on them and he has a great team to back him up with it. As far as I remember Hiko and Nitro don't play fraggers, yeah they should still be getting frags but they are getting older and 90% of the scene are better than them, they can calculate 2+2 but dolo you can't even read or calculate 0+0 so your opinion on the pro scene is obviously irrelevant (as will mine no point in talking to something you will never get to), especially if you just want to bring up old cs pros who have been playing longer than you've been alive, but switching from csgo to valorant is a whole different thing and you have to factor maybe x2 or more new info when you come into to val, the fact that they can keep up in the pro scene and fill their roles is all they need to do.
I think we can all agree Split is still the worst map and should be set on fire and revamped 100 more times until they can figure that shit out. But all in all Comp in valorant itself is just all aim no brain until you get to the pro scene where they are playing for a title, like @oSenis just a dumb idiot but yet he can drop 30 in a game but turning off his brain and just pew pewing with reyna. But my shitpost was better and @Trazzwell hes an idiot too but he knows the pain of silver as well
