Is it not possible to have a set chat tag for non-subs as a reward that indicates an achievement related to TTT? As for uncapping the max karma, after reading everyone's posts i'm still a bit against it. Having a cap on the amount of karma a player can reach adds that competitive edge that has been mentioned. Personally I enjoy the competition it presents and I can't say that if it was uncapped I would play anymore than I would if it stayed capped at 13337. Just my personal opinion

Gonna be honest, i’m not a fan of raising the max karma. However, the thought of resetting the karma more often is something that caught my attention. Flashback time: I joined SG right before the most recent karma reset. I didn’t really know anybody and nobody really knew who I was. As a shy player who doesn’t use his mic a lot there wasn’t really an easy path to earning a spot here in this community. And then I heard about insidious’ “race to max karma” competition. The reset and this competition provided me with a way to make a name for myself. Raising the karma cap wont give this opportunity to all of our new players. Maybe a karma reset after 10 people reach max karma? The competition I mentioned involved skin rewards, however, any future competitions could involve special nametags that players could wear across all of the servers. Similiar to the custom nametags that Subs and VIPs get. Edit: I reached max karma fairly early and if you take a peek at my TTT activity before and after, well, it’s a steap drop. Personally I don’t enjoy playing a server that is filled with mic spam completely irrelevant to the game and loads of RDMing. Maybe karma competitions with rewards would minimalize this and provoke people to ACTUALLY play the gamemode properly.

I'm a bit late but I just found this thread. Reece makes a good point and I would love to see that added into the FAQ. However, i'm posting about the m4a1-s portion of this rule. Mar and Takito both already pointed this out but it hasn't been answered recently as far as I can see. You stated that if you don't announce that you have picked up an AWP or an M4a1-s then this could be KOS. This being true, do the same rules that apply to the AWP apply to the M4? Do you have to say whose weapon it is? -e.g., "I have Player 1's AWP" vs. I picked up a detectives M4 If asked to drop the weapon to check the same, do you have to drop it? etc. A reply answering this or linking me to a different thread would be much appreciated!

In my personal experience with TTT I think that a healthshot would make it harder for the traitors than it already is. The benefit from a killing a traitor should be left at the fact that there is one less traitor the innocents have to deal with. I think having the health station being the only method of healing encourages interaction between the innocents and the detectives. As for walls, like grateful said, I think that the radar is enough. It gives bleeps of where the remaining players are and you have to do the work from there.

I bought VIP raffle tickets but currently i’m not a VIP, is this a problem? This is my first raffle on SG and I don’t know how the drawing works so this could be a stupid question.

So for say a T gives an order, that is the new order in place and the T's should follow it? Or should the T's ignore it.

So T's who shout T orders can only receive a warning shot even though it is against the rules? edit: Only asking because from my short time on JB I have been told that giving a T order is banable

Thanks. I would also like to mention !rules still says claiming is allowed when in danger. I assume this is pretty easy to change. As of recently I have heard people debating over this rule and bring up the point that it still is infect a rule according to the !rules. To sum this up, people are still claiming rooms and not aware that this rule was changed. @DancingMoonlight

Can someone link me to the thread where claiming is discussed and/or the spot where it lists the no claiming rule. I can't find it for my life and I keep hearing about it being a new rule in TTT. Thanks!
