As others have said we already have a ct playtime requirement in place (45 minutes) I feel that level caps would affect the population of the server(s) greatly as some people just genuinely don't enjoy regular CS, so why force them? If they don't want to play it we shouldn't be forcing it so they can play; they should just be able to play regardless. On top of this a lot of players have low levels that are regulars and they are great regulars who genuinely play for the enjoyment of the server, so that raises the question, why kick THOSE people off too? It just seems to have more negatives for the server than possible positives. As you said calladmins take sometimes long but most times theres already an admin on the server and if not calladmins aren't normally as slow as you seem to state.

To further explain me posting the clip, I had recently found the clip and thought it would be funny in this context (the clip was in discord dms I did not just hold the clip for "harassment" ) but things worked out and at least to me it seemed pretty funny given the context before I posted the clip.

I think we should be working towards phasing them out in the future, but I feel that just requiring CTs to use a mic all of a sudden might bring a drop in player base as a whole or have some sort of negative affects on the server, even though there are good intentions in it.

I agree with this; I don't see people LRing and chat rules as an advantage, maybe they just don't want to talk. I feel removing chat LR rules would just hurt the server if anything. It's basically saying you must have a mic if you want to play and some people either don't have a mic or don't want to talk and you should respect that... On top of this it's not too difficult for CTs to just read chat before accepting an LR, its no impossible task they just have to look at the bottom left of their screen before pressing 8.

I agree, not many people have the motivation to get everyone on and it might bring some life to the server if it is scheduled and people are aware a scrim is going to happen

I like this idea in removing any shit posts and making it so there are less apps accepted as there may be less opinions meaning that you will have to work harder to make a good impression if you want admin This also w ill remove shitposts or undeserved supports from applications, but I also feel SAs should be able to put input as they might have had their own impressions of the player, and might have had more playtime with said player than maybe some of the CAs or SMs. I feel this overall is a good idea but some tweaking could be done as to who can respond and who can't based of off the higher ups' playtimes on the servers.
