Although I don't entirely know what rws is, it seems like a sort of ranking/elo system for matchmaking/competetive servers, I wouldn't say to make teams entirely based off this, but it would help give captains an idea of skill level.

That perk is for a rank on the leaderboard, this would be on everyone for a practical use, vip has tons of perks already, and this wouldn't even take away from any of them.
