Not every single thing has to be put into the rules as some of it falls under common sense. Managers shouldn't have to put to NOT shoot proven players unless they shoot at you first. Also, From the FAQ: Q- Are you allowed to kill Detectives that are RDMing? A- If a detective is purposefully trying to kill you, you are allowed to kill them.

Why would I kill a DETECTIVE, an automatically proven player for entering T room?
