Taking a shot in the dark here since I don't really play, but would a rule enforcing Ts to actively pursue once LR plugin is activated make sense? At that point in the round I'd imagine they'd have enough time to do whatever they wanted and set themselves up in a position to rebel. Again, very inexperienced take here, but maybe that could help?

From what I recall, the "catwalk" in question is connected to different areas of the map, including the basketball section of the map and main cells platform. When you take the turn into the climb room, it leads to ladder that has a scout on top of it. That portion of the platform has no other purpose other than leading to the ladder with the scout.

Looking at working with the Events Team and the TTT ATs on getting more events out for TTT to mix things up. Priorities right now are elsewhere but you'll probably see an increase of TTT events hopefully sometime this month.
