Read the posts in this thread, he's done this at LAN, which means a shitload of people are standing over his shoulder irl watching him do this. Source videos sometimes show a bit of lag, so it's probably a flick shot that's too fast for source demo's, and if it were a cheat it would be hitbox hacks, aimbot would just flick to his face and do that.

  22. The first 3 are pretty obviously legit, the last one is lucky. He was midair spraying so he got spread shots. Note, he shot about 15 shots there, if it was aimbot or hitbox hacks he would have shot a maximum of 4.
