This is definitely an event we could do on scrim, see if Trazz wants it in (most likely doesn't) this was already suggested and was responded to by an SM, https://steam-gamers.net/forums/topic/96152-ttt-csgo-map-event/ Retakes is just a warm up server, we're not gonna be making any events on it. I was thinking of doing a similar Event idea on the movement servers, but this is a new one, nice idea. Again these 3 MG events have already been done before, they could be done again. The last event that was similar to your suggestion here (S4S tourney) did pretty well, we'll see if we can do another 1v1 tourney again. As for the JB events, that's a grumpy cat that I'm too afraid to touch.

HELL No. In the situation you said, the order that the CTs gave was: "LR by (X time)" meaning they should send an LR request by that time, and technically, they did send it by that time, it just didn't get accepted by CTs, it's not disobeying in the slightest. If this was disobey, the kill hungry CTs would've abused a lot by now. There also isn't any rule that says the Ts can't repeat the same LR over and over either, so if the CT killed the T in this situation, that would just be freekill.

We have already done tournaments similar to your suggestion in the past (SGSL, if you want more info on it there's a subforum for it, https://steam-gamers.net/forums/forum/143-sg-scrim-league/). Tournaments in the first place are hard to organize since people have their hands full with school and work, etc... but, due to scrim not being in the best state right now, we're holding off on tournaments until Trazz and the Events team feel comfortable bringing them back. But we are planning to do something scrim related soon, so stay tuned...
