  7. I think that there shouldn't be cooldowns because people have different opinions on maps. But also, many people aren't spaming rtv in chat, I meant period at the end

  10. My Internet speed depends on other electronics around me. My ping rises and my FPS falls. My TV will make me lag the most because it requires a lot of my internet. All of our devices are linked with one internet device: Fios
