A server that is specifically pistol DM would not do well IMHO but there’s other options you can go about this. There’s many servers what provide different rounds within the map such as rifle, hs only, pistol only, smg only, etc.... This may work and be more beneficial than an entire server that revolves around pistols.

I personally do not have a problem with the map and have only seen at most a handful of people complain about it. It is a nice classic and fan favorite map so it will not be removed anytime soon.

Instead of limit on the amount of invites that could be sent, what about providing the player an option if they would like to receive invites? I am a little unaware of all the details to the !gang plugin so the following may already be placed. But an additional way for gang members or just the Ts in general to gain points could vary on the rank of the CT. If the CT is a higher rank / has more time / points and killed by a T they will receive more points than killing a person who rarely plays CT.

IIRC there was a buffed !fo added to mimic a warden system and with some similarities to the suggestions listed above. The buffed !fo allowed the CT who took it have first order for an extended amount of time and passed on if he / she died. I wouldn’t mind seeing a return of this as it’d be of some help to the players when listening to orders. I’ve never really seen anything like this occur from when I played. Even so both players participating in the LR acquire the weapons for whichever one they chose at the same time. Only one I see where the CTs may get an advantage in is knife fight. A count down like in no scope battle wouldn’t hurt IMO.

That’d be unreasonable but it’s up to the CT if they accept it or not. IMO what counts as unreasonable is if it provides either side with a noticeable disadvantage or strays away from the roots of that specific LR.

The HUD is something that should be added as people haven’t gotten confused on which site lately. The extended player death info is something that shouldn’t be added. With wanting to try and keep the server as vanilla as possible adding this would go against that. A major problem I see with is the blind info part. That completely gives away the players state to the enemy and can encourage a push when previously they wouldn’t as they were unsure of the players state. It seems cool but could give information to the player that may dictate how they decides to play. Maybe the extended death info on 1v1? @HAXOR
