  1. STRESS!!!!!!

Well, it is all good that things are going good for you, I think. Just a suggestion, but I don't think you should give up on the classics in venting your stress though, considering they have helped for generations, or has times changed and this is the newest and most efficient way? Eh, anyways, I have have a plan with school and investment so it money isn't much of an issue for me, yet. Good to hear from a fellow student!
  2. Essay...

If you wanna stick with the Mayans, you should probably focus on their technological advances. society is good and all, but how many times can someone hear about that? You can check up on Greek philosophers and scientists and how their tools in technology and science were almost identical to ours of today. (Example) Certain roman doctors and physicians crafted and used tools 2000 years ago that any surgeon of today could easily identify. Egyptians built the first battery. "Hero" of Greece, a scientist who created hundreds of working mechanics such as clocks, levels as mechanisms, the first slot machine. China's first emperor had his armies equiped with weapons and techniques that wouldn't be seen for another 2000 years, or atleast 10 centuries. Greek gods and goddesses, architeture of the time, art, and music. Did you know that indians weren't the ones who came up with the scalping of the hair and skull, but actually the Europeans? There are thousands of individuals who have taken credit for something they weren't actually the first to discover. Drop the bomb on how Benjamin Franklin never actually useda kite and a key to fly through a storm. Call him a liar! Goodluck and tell me what you think so I can make things a bit more specific and a general area to focus on. -- First working plumbing involved a basin of running water and sponges on sticks for toilet paper. Check out Ramese II and his monumental works of stone depicting his reign as Pharoh. Perhaps Alexander the Great's triumph and loss throughout his goal to rule the world.
  3. I have checked out the 24 slots for some time now and while T's were certainly difficult to win against in the 16 man, it is damn near impossible for CT's to win now. Yes, CT can get a round or two, but T's will always win in the end. It is fun, don't get me wrong, but now it is just about which CT can go out with the biggest bang. I say the 24 player fails when considering game play depth. More people can join, but I think we need a second server and possible third even, but idk; a bigger map with more areas that match the concept would help. Still...24 is pretty damn fun. Maybe another vote later should be in store?
  4. Essay...

I could name off a great deal of ancient history, or something that would probably interest you. Perhaps if you told me about what you enjoy doing such as hobbies or anything in that general area, or simply something you like, I could find something.
  5. Well I restarted an account, seems to work, so imma try this again. TofuShop is still in-game name.
  6. Don't know why I am so curious, just guess the rpg aspect fascinates me. I will continue to try, who knows, maybe something will pop up.
  7. I made an account, checked out some classes and started playing, but wanted to go back and look at the others a little more closely. Anyways, I deleted my account and now when I try to get back in they say the username doesn't exist and when I try to register again, they say only one is allowed. It is a slight problem I guess, but if you could lend some advice, that would be appreciated. Eh, have been at it a few times but have given up.
  8. I am checking the game out now. In-game name is TofuShop, but since I am new, probably will be running around figuring things out for a little. I have tried the mini games plenty of times before but was never very interested; perhaps online might be a change. Is the multiplayer any different than the single player, minus the other players with you?
  9. Gambling!

I have a weird thing about money, not really considering a great priority in my life. I am no addict but I do enjoy relaxing and playing some cards. I don't go to a casino unless I have company and even then, I don't drop a great deal of cash just because I lose interest quickly. It can be fun, but I lose more cash near my dining room table than I do those found in Las Vegas; more amusing that way in my opinion.
  10. Fulltime college student, major in Pysch. During the year I work part time at Wal-Mart in the deli section, and along with it work weekends as a peer mentor and volunteer for my uncle's church's, half way house during the summer. I don't care much for the deli but peer mentoring and the volunteering isn't too shabby when trying to pass the time. It helps pay the bills but the ecocnomy isn't making things any smoother. The deli doesn't serve much tofu yet, but imma revamp the entire system sooner or later
  11. There is a difference between unlucky cases and these so called accidents. Sitting by a window and being turned is one thing, but staying on the ledge while everyone is warning you to get down because the last 5 times humans lost was because of just that, isn't an accident. In SST zombies will chase humans in broad daylight. Shooting the rocks out to kill or block zombies may be an issue of timing, but it is fairly obvious who is a TKer when they shoot themwithout a zombie even close. Same on Jurrasic Park with the bridge, taking boats solo, pressing the nuke when a full game is in progress, etc. I don't think admins are stupid and they tend to judge pretty fairly based on the situation. The lesson isn't "Don't do anything which could cause an accident" aka "Don't play any of our maps", but don't play them like you are only one there. Respect the players and act accordingly. If there is a problem playing a game like a team sport, perhaps story mode on another FPS is the better option? Just my opinion anyways.
  12. 10 minutes atleast in my opinion. While people will moan about a map they don't like, I don't see how ten minutes is such a hard time. Seriously, someone can't play a map for 10 mins? I see continuously changing maps just as problematic as people leaving. Pretty annoying when a map change comes up after only 1-3 rounds has been played. Either or, those so called horrible maps will be comming back anyways, only faster.
  13. If you are afraid of doing something, the simple solution would be not to do it. Ask the question beforehand, don't do it when people shout not to; I don't appear to have many problems doing so. There are plenty of reasonable times to do it, even if the risk of Tking is high. Seeing humans vs zombies as groups tend to make things easier when making decisions like those. I have seen you play and haven't noticed any fear yet. Just appears as a habit in my opinion, but that is only one.
  14. 2012

I think something will happen and I am sure it will be interesting. Whether it be the end of the world or another Y2K annoyance, I doubt nothing will occur. I am sure suicide rates will sky rocket, lots of praying, and of course, plenty of intelligent men shouting how absurd the entire situation is. Thinking that everything will be the same might be a mistake. People do stupid things for stupid reasons; hell, they really don't need a semi logical reason at all.
  15. How dare you sir! Thats it, you will have to settle for simply vanilla icecream at jen's party. That goes for anyone else who denies the Tofu greatness.
  16. Well your B-day will probably be overshadowed by Jen's but Happy Birthday. So having a big party? Chuck e Cheese perhaps? I kid I kid. Goodluck and see you ingame.
  17. I don't know you well but Happy Birthday anyways. They have some great Tofu Cake recipes online if you were thinking of going a little exotic for the occasion. Don't be fooled by my sig, chicks dig the Tofu too!
  18. The system already is fine by me and is pretty good; the only problem is that many who have complaints simply don't use these tools. I wouldn't support this myself. Set the demo, screenshots, and use ingame votes.
  19. Well I would recommend a sig that is vampire related, but Code Gease would be my choice here I suppose. Its probably the closest series that has a main character controlling victims who have no real relevance to the storyline and sucks them dry before tossing them aside. DeathNote has something similar but he wields an all powerful notebook which belongs to someone else and dies like panzy in the end; no Drac significance there.
  20. New laptop

My cousin recently recieved a latop for his birthday and it seemed better than this one. 4 gig with 17 inch screen pricing at roughly 600$, so don't know if this one should be taken into real consideration. Just the screen size alone would make me run away in horror so idk. The harddrive space, if not quite enough space for you, can easily be fixed with an external HD or my fav, internal with external enclosure. I would take another look around and check out alienware, dell, or something for comparison.
  21. Rofl I have been there.
  22. I played Crysis at high with the 8800 GTS, but only having 2g of ram at the time was pushing it. You would definentally need to raise it to 4g if you wanted solid gameplay. I also aggree, Crysis wasn't much in my opinion. I finished story mode in a day and there wasn't anything really special about it except for the dissapointing ending. Online play was good for about 5 minutes. - The onyl good thing about it was using it as a test run along with BioShock for my new build. Yeah, it handled it. I still haven't seen anything about what you were planning on playing. If you were going to play the top rated high end games than this build would work, but if you were going soemthing purely CSS or around that general category, you could cut the price for hardware in half and still come out on top.
  23. I own the superclocked version of the 8800 GTS with a quad core and 4 gigs. I have been able to run anything and every so far at high graphics but I suspect an upgrade will be needed sooner or later. As of now it certainly does the trick and dishes out some great performance. The superclocked version or if you were to overclock it yourself, runs just as well as the GTX but even cooler so i would stick to saving that extra nickel. Get a good case because these cards are pretty large and if you were going to go dual you may have some problems if not. Thermaltake Armor is quite nice although heavy, but they have plenty of space with great ventillation. I also recommend a heatsink and fan in one. Newegg has a great selection for just about anything and with prices hard to beat. 800w for a powersupply. I don't go for the liquid coolant even though it looks badass; can be a pain to install and a bitch to clean up. When it comes to liquid and expensive machinery just stay clear. Maybe a little thermaltake past such as artic silver on the heatsink will add a little more comfort and protection. For the motherboard i have questions myself but I forget the name of mine and i can't seem to find a duplicate on newegg anymore. I saw a fairly descent one that held a good 16g worth of memory and copatiable with both AM2 and 775 so that seemed like a good investment for future upgrades as well. I say Windows P. for an operating system since I have never been a big fan of Vista. I can see the potential but still don't think everything has been out long enough to consider it a real replacement. I dropped a good 2.5k on my build only a year-year half ago to get what you are aiming for now(roughly $1200-$1500), so don't miss out on those great deals. Worth it for sure.
  24. I thought it was decent. Although it was a bit short and easy to beat, I always enjoy those types of games with an old time feel to it. It was definentally a good title to burn a few hours.
  25. Who is Litkey and why is he/she/thing related to a Batman vs. Superman war?
