I'll play the devils advocate here and say that we give too many chances to the wrong people. For example, if I spam a server to the point where it crashes for no apparent reason, and get permed, there is no way in hell I should be getting admin privledges on said server. Oh and I've noticed that I could go on a seperate account, spam the servers, make up a bullshit excuse on why I did it, suck dick on vent for about 3 weeks, and get admin. Which is pretty fuckin sad IMO. /rant.
