Map Removal Full map name jb_lego_jail_2k17 Type of map Jailbreak Why should we remove it Well there are 2 variations of this map and neither of them are played a lot unlike other maps that have been removed such as avalanche if anything this is played less than avalanche.

I am requesting jb_lego_jail_2k17 or jb_lego_jail_v8_final_sg_fix to be removed because they're two variations of this map its barely played but sometimes they get played back to back and there is no reason to have 2 versions of the same map that dont go along with the insta rebel theme of the JB server.

I mean yeah I did the event suggestion a little late but it doesnt matter the time its just to celebrate the 4th of July

I feel like we should do a fun event that everyone can enjoy dont really know what this event would be but its 4th of july we gotta do something fun mostly because all of us are going to be staying at home. Maybe like a karaoke night or some shit that would be fun.

I mean we can go on about what to suggest for the point system for gangs, but the reason that solo points would be so much more rewarding than gang points would be for the reason that it shows a certain players dedication and skill rather than a whole groups with gangs. Also, I dont feel that gangs would encourage rebelling because for example there can be 10/20 people in a specific gang, but if its based on kills you can have Chy and then 19 people that barely get kills and if its based off of time you can have 20 people that are not the best at the game but just only play JB so if this idea gets implemented they should just find a way that its more based off of skill rather than just time or kills because both of those can be obtained easily by 20 people at the same time.

I dont know how I feel about bringing back the old VIP I mean as you said yourself the map operates the way that jailbreak is meant to work. So maybe having more area in the vents is a pain in the ass. But it gives much more opportunity for the T's to rebel and seeing this map that was practically a walk into armory type of map, change and have death games is great, but I personally feel there is no reason for this map to be removed.

Only issue with removing the whole point system is how would you distinguish how the T's get points for gangs? Removing the point system would be contradicting the point system for gangs lmao.

That could work however to interact with half the secrets in !ghost mode you have to interact with a func_door which automatically teleports you back to cell's so technically this plugin would be useless because people that are dead cannot interact with the people which are alive which means pressing buttons etc. Unless the previous secret was already broken.

The point system indeed makes the T's want to rebel but what fun is it going to be if the T's just sit following every single "crouch walk no jumping order to everyplace" and not get rewarded for rebelling. This would cause anger to people that have actual tried to reach the top such as chy who hasnt slept for a few hours every day to just reach 8000 points.

Well for the portion about the them breaking the rules what I mean like is for example a T puts crouching in his rules and the CT cannot physically uncrouch but abyss told me today that that wouldnt be a good idea because it would be impossible to kill rebellers and I agree with him.

So for example some CT's dont give you what you ask for in the LR so there should be a command such as like !lrsettings where the T's can get 1st shot, and give there specific rules and the CT's must do it such as no jumping and crouching and first shot and the CT would automatically not be able to jump and be crouched and the T would get first shot abiding to the same rule. The rules would be told to the CT when the LR is set such as "Amazing wants to do a shot for shot under the circumstances of he has first shot you must be crouching and you cannot jump" or something along those lines. Keep in mind you dont have to like implement the crouching and jumping version but just implementing the giving T first shot would be nice.

Well im not saying that the CT's can choose the weapon im just asking if the CT's can be told what weapon they will be using in the LR

So for example with no scope battle players should have the option of noscoping with a scar/scout/awp and the player should be told which weapon they will be using in that LR for example in S4S if they wanna use a CZ-75 it would display that they will be using a CZ-75 not just "(name) would like to have a Shot for Shot"

Well, I think this was justified in the rules if CT's cheat the LR's the T has the right to kill them and for the other CT's that kill you that's freekilling only if you hadn't already killed the CT. So just report it to a admin and if they see it happen constantly after warning the player will receive a short ban or just make a player complaint if its consistent. For the punishable part im certain that the CT's are allowed to spray down the T only if the T kills the CT during the LR or if the T cheats the LR.

Solar I have no idea where you thought where this post was going but people that play more having priority over others whilst speaking does not give the new player's a chance or make it fair to the others because they cant give orders. Also it's not nice to call someone retarded and yeah thats all.

I mean any new maps on JB would be fun cause people really forgot what JB is about and just become toxic and like new maps would be pog.

@WavY the ruling on the last one was very back and forth what was the final decision on it because it was all over the place.

I understand the rule and the crouching and uncrouching I was just asking if this could be changed because of the fact that of all the confusion because most of the time the T's are confused and also the CT's that are enforcing the order are confused and then when you ask to go to medic because you were freeshot they usually say "Cool I dont give a fuck"

Well yeah the other order is "take a step out crouch and freeze" and if you are allowed to crouch in "take a step out and freeze" the confusion between the two would be eliminated therefore if you mishear one you can still follow the order without being freeshot. For example if I mishear "take a step out and freeze" and still crouch and the order is "take a step out and crouch and freeze" I would have avoided a bullet because of the main reason that I was just doing both orders. But if I mishear "take a step out crouch and freeze" without the fact that I can crouch in "take a step out and freeze" I get shot so it works both ways perfectly fine because you just wont get shot regardless if you are being crouched and not.
