from my experience the ladder is not kos but if you jump to the ledge youre kos. so technically you can be on the ladder but you can be warning shot for delaying. edit: poke types faster so ignore this ig

cts dont have to respect pardons. this applies to killing a ct, having a primary, winning an lr and any other circumstance you would be kos in. if a ct wants to they can pardon you and if for some reason every other ct isnt kill hungry for once you can be pardoned but it is kinda rare.

for shit like breakfloor (on spy v spy at least) you can jump out without dying (not like anyone ever does breakfloor). for deathrun you can always go back. for the other shit, just don't die and if you do don't be a child and complain about it for 10min cause its just one round unless someones forcing one of the mentioned dgs every round to purposely not allow the 4 t's to "win". if any of the map makers wanna go ahead and add recall buttons that would be great but there's really no issue with starting a deathgame without a recall feature, people are just being petty. ps. if anyone wants to add a recall button to bhop on moonjail that would be lovely, thanks.

as stated in rules/faq, any catwalk that leads directly to armory is kos. the catwalk on undertale does not allow anyone to access armory therefore not making it automatically kos. you can give an order that restricts catwalks such as “fd no ladders no catwalks” but that still requires warning shots before kosing a player.
