dude amd is doing just fine i tried building an i7 like 8 months ago when i was planning on a computer it cost me around 2k so i went with amd and cost me abotu 1.6k with a top of the line GPU. also that wasnt the antec 1200 it was the 902 its a mid tower that looks similar to 1200...learn to read

the 5870 is massive it will support anything its got directx 11 which some games have already signed onto using. it uses much less power than the 4870 its like 150? load and 27 idle andre the 5870 benchmarks have blown away the gtx285/295

if you have a full tower and dont mind spending 380$ get the new 5870 well worth the money if not go for the 4890 it was 2nd of the 48** series.
