Fixed your gang's points. As it stands now, your gang has 1260 points. What caused this to happen in the first place is still being looked into.

I'm not sure what would happen if you were to leave as an owner, but I think the most practical thing to happen would be for it to give owner to another gang member at random. We'll look into this one. And yes, there will be a command like you mentioned in your second question. Currently owners can't leave a gang, only disband a gang when it's empty. I'll look into the ability of assigning someone else as owner, so you can leave the gang without having to disband it. They should be taken, yes. Actually as of now it does not (this detail was never shared with me ). I do have player's individual stats logged, so this can still be done. I'll discuss with Dominic to see if gangs should lose/gain points when a member leaves/joins. An option to rename your gang is a good idea, we'll look into that. In response to your edit, that was within our initial plans, just didn't have it upon release. Renaming gangs will be added, yes. It was just not really a priority for it to be there in the released version. Stats for individual gangs will also be added, but I'll first need to look into how I'll handle this, as to keep the calls to the database as low as possible. Thanks for the feedback.

If you encrypt your hard disks with a reputable encryption system (last time I checked VeraCrypt was still reputable), then you're safe. The methods described above only work on regular windows drives without encryption.

Indeed, this has never been there for ages, and probably will still be there for ages, as even if they fix this from their installation discs, people can use third party CMD discs to do exactly the same with admin privileges. (Like Hiren's BootCD, UBCD, etc). Had to reset passwords on a daily basis when I used to work in a PC repair shop.

Some people reported that they're getting an email with a new password in it, even after they have already reset their password. Just ignore this email if you have already reset your password. Because the passwords were reset for everyone at the same time, the system had a delay in sending all the emails (+18.000 emails), causing some of them to arrive hours or even a day later.

Hello everyone, Back in 2016 we had a database breach because of an exploit in vBulletin. (This has been fixed.) Sadly some Encrypted/Hashed passwords and emails got leaked by this. Because of this we took the precaution and forced a password reset on everyone, to prevent unwanted people from being able to log into your accounts. So the next time you try to log in, you will need to use the "Forgot Password" tool to reset it with your email. If you are logged in with "Remember my password", then we suggest you to log out, and log back in to get the password reset prompt.
