I'm looking into buying (eventually...) a underwater camcorder. My budget, once I start getting payed again, would go up to atleast 300-400$, unless the camcorder is beastly. I am trying ot find a camcorder that records underwater (ocean, for scuba diving) and can also take high res pictures (most camcorders that also take pictures that i've seen have about a 3 mp camera).
