1) Jihad Bomb
If after three rounds in which a terrorist holds the bomb but does not detonate it, it should be removed from that terrorist and eligible to buy again. I've seen games go the whole timer and not one bomb set off.
I don't think we should have it at all, but I like this idea if we must have the bombs.
2) Terrorists muted/silenced
PLEASE. For the first 60 seconds at least. Every single time the next round starts there's a handful of whining retards and this conflicts with CT's giving orders.
I support this unless they are Admins, they may have to address CT's
3) Cells open before orders are given
Maybe this should result in a freeday? Terrorists running around randomly being given orders turns out bad typically.

I've seen people wondering about where the line is drawn for this.
Verdict should be KNIFING DISTANCE. If the terrorist is that close after the order is given, he/she is a rebel.
No, this is not an order, never should be, and never will be.
5) CT Health - 115
NO. 100 is fine. If a ct at full health gets awped, the ct shouldn't have the chance to survive.
I prefer 115, but it doesn't really matter to me.
6) Team balance
If the ratio isn't around 1:2 and is looking something like 4 ct's vs 18 t's (seen this countless times on razor..), make an auto-swap to ct. I understand this may be an issue with unexperienced t's being moved, but I see a lot of familiar faces on the server so hopefully that would be an advancement. I've also seen the " 4 vs 18 " situation with admins around as well. Admins, stop telling people to switch teams and shit, you have the power for a reason; MOVE THEM TO CT.
Too large a risk of free killing to make a script. Admins are not infallible, people get pissed when switched and can cause issues. Be the bigger man and just fucking switch.
6) Maps
Call me ungrateful, but the SG map list isn't that big. I've seen other servers with a large galore of different maps etc. Maps that get RTV'd very swiftly should be removed (rapeus, hellzprison, water) - don't call me a newfag, I was around for rapeus, hellzprison, fox shadow/river, and many others I can't remember at this moment. These maps prove pointless to a large majority of the players which is why I say it. Following up, they need to be replaced with newer/different ones.
Many PB maps are shit. We cut our list because it was littered with poor maps. If you want to learn SDK and update older maps, have at, but besides that we have map suggestion section. Go there with ideas.
7) Skins
Exactly what Joey said in his thread.. why are skins still a bald medic? They should look like a prisoner yes? *facepalm* The DON/SUP skin is along the lines of a prisoner.. I think someone suggested the orange suit which is also a good skin. Switch this up please.
Does it really matter? It's the skin on a default model. Is it affecting your enjoyment that fucking much?
8) Block vs No-block
I think SG is the only PB server I've been on with block, it doesn't make sense really.
Rebels have a hard time navigating around retards very frequently, prisoners block exit of cells, prisoners block entrances to places on purpose.. conflicts with orders (ALL T'S TO GO MEDIC --> DUMBASS BLOCKING MEDIC ENTRANCE --> CAN'T SHOOT THE GUY THAT'S BLOCKING --> C A T A S T R O P H E. It's an issue.. someone's t's being blocked are even freekilled because some ct's fail to see that.
Block is a must. A good CT can solve situations like that. Otherwise, demo it, there is a rule against intentionally blocking players, assuming the "Don't block" rule still applies. Hasn't been an issue for a long time.
9) Admins
Honestly, I don't expect 24/7 admin attention in the server, but it would be a good improvement for freekillers etc if there was more attention than there is currently. The most common admins I see in PB is usually phonicz or xoul, phonicz whom I never see any justification from when it comes to slaying etc, and xoul who talks shit the whole time because he's really good at prison break.
Yeah, cause I don't play PB daily and Korean and and and. The fact that you only see two doesn't mean it is true. Free killers will free kill. I would rather have them free kill and be banned rather than deter it. Just get them the fuck out of the servers, but it's just me.
I don't really know what could fix that but my idea would be look to well behaved, common/older PB players for admin nominees.. someone like Karnivor comes to my mind, I think he'd be suitable.
Well if people knew him he might be. The fact he rolls under about 6 different names doesn't help.
10) Death games
This is another "countless times" situation.. ct's with experience in jail break come from a different server and start a death game. Relative to #8, most every other jail server I go to, there's no option for it.
There is, if they agree, they can do it. I support some death games, but I like the rules as is.
Why are they optional? For twelve year olds to run around in disco the whole round because that's their personal idea of fun? They can create their own server and do that if they like to be honest..
The game needs to be slightly more fast paced.. Not everyone enjoys waiting 5 minutes staring at idiots that refuse to participate.
Then get a book or be productive. Just because you are an ADHD riddled person doesn't mean we should change the rules because you can't sit still for a few minutes.
11) Hosties and last request system
Another countless times situation..a terrorist will be the last or one of the two last prisoners and start typing "!lr"
It makes EVERYTHING very simplistic in which only someone with the iq of below 60 couldn't figure out.
Tried it before and the script messes with other things on the PB server. Also, highlights rebels, kills a type of strategy.
For those that haven't used the system, when you type !lr, you are given a list to choose the LR, then choose a ct to do it with.
This also gives more assurance to death games as it's through the system, a few examples would be
- no scope battles
- dodgeball (smoke grenade at 1 hp)
- races (with markers etc)
- deagle toss markers indicated (no confusion)
- long jumps
- who takes their S4S shot
etc...
12) Round time
Increase it from 5 to 7 or 8 minutes.
I understand this to some extent contradicts when I said "I get bored staring at retards", but if issues I addressed previously turn out that way, rounds would be much faster paced, the round extension is for people doing lr's or something. (Much better watching an lr opposed to sitting still laughing that they're doing nothing and the only t alive)
You said that the game should be faster paced, yet want longer round time... think that one through. Yes, I see you acknowledged it, but still. Your earlier suggestion wouldn't speed rounds, just add free killing issues. Point is, leave it as it is.
13) WARNING SHOTS
Where the fuck is the line drawn for this? Allow me to present some common sense.
"crouch to pool no d/d" - if a t isn't crouching but going to pool (run/walk), that's a warning
if the t is running in a different direction heading for a teleport or something like that, that should be a kill..
If I say "be in the water" and they aren't in the water, that's disobeying a pretty direct order and pretty simple one to be honest. T's should be killed for disobeying a very simple order...
The times when you should warning shot, IMO, should be cut in half. I (and others I imagine..)
I hear people yelling every time someone dies for a warning shot, holy shit, most times the T deserves to die and is blatantly a rebel..
When you play T and some guy shoots you in the face for standing up because of this, you will understand why it is as it is currently.
The rules/motd regarding warnings should be revised a little.. they shouldn't be given SO OFTEN to TERRORISTS IN PRISON.
