Only CAs and SMs really? Most of them rarely go the servers and are too busy anyway let alone acknowledge good amount of regulars long enough to even give input of their decision of the few times they prob met the person. I understand there are people that support their friends wo reason and know thats an issue but doing this will make it more time consuming and even more harder for both the voters and the people that apply already. Why so restricted for all other staff to not allowed to vote?

I support your point of view and reasoning behind of this case however theres a HUGE player base that dont use their mics often or at all - you yourself dont use your mic often as well-. Maybe the best course of action is to slowly add little restrictions of ppl that dont use their mics so it more encouraged to use their mics not full blow out not allowed to give orders without a mic because as i believe and many other ppl as well believe there will most likely be dramtic negative consequences of it. Thank you for sharing your issue with this though

Once you become admin how do you know what do? What protocol(s) to follow against a rulebreaker like from mic spam to hacking instead punishing out of emotion or ill intent. What if you get admin compliant and punished one too many times? Are there info to help admins know what commands do what and what is available?if so, where would you find it?Can you get perma banned from being part of the SG staff bc of being incapable? How do you rank from being csgo admin(any admin matter of fact) to up in the ranks like CA or SM or even IA? Do you apply or you get notified by a higher up instead(or something else)?how do you deal with "stubborn" rule breakers? Edit: i got more questions but i dont want to overwhelm the helpful ppl that may answer my questions
