Fair enough but how about community advisor award? As it’s a higher up rank I think it should be added. I understand why admin should not be included as the award system is considered by many as an achievement .

I'm suggesting for adding a administrator(a rank in general for CSGO/Rust/Squad) and a Community advisor rank award. These are few ranks you can't/unable to get awards for at the moment. located here if you want to see the current award system for obtaining ranks here in SG: https://steam-gamers.net/awards/category/1-loyalty-awards/ I think maybe adding at-least one of them especially when you could get a award for being in many other ranks including division ranks. I felt that it should appropriate to add administrator and Community advisor as well. You could argue not to add admin award rank due to the sheer # of current admins and ex admins but since we have 1 day playtime for all SG servers(easily obtainable if you want to have it) I think it's manageable located here(if you like to know) The reasoning behind it is to show more recognition for regs/staff (more to show respect to ex CA's and admins excluding the honorable/veteran/legend ranks that is already in placed) ---------------- If you feel that you this a good/bad idea or already talked about please let me know in the comments.

Hey time, I before asked the same question on this and gotten an answer to this. Cheaters usually cheat on alt accs and rarely dont bother in buying or earning Prime(you are now forced to buy prime you if haven't already earned it due to one of the recent updates). People that bought/earned prime are usually the more competent with more playtime on their hands, meaning you don't have to deal with new players that can really ruin your game on Retakes. Having it Prime really keep the competitive experience for the players that main on SG Retakes and make it as fair as possible for all.

Going off from @20 scrolls said, I don't think all utility drop to t(s) need to be considered as gunplant as I mentioned before. @Phoenix_ I understand your logic regarding with the reasoning behind the all utility drop restriction as JB people isn't the most rule-abiding community in the SG servers and may try to find any loopholes(for the laughs and giggles). However, dropping utility existed much before 'riptide' operation and is not a new thing for JB. It had not become a problem but I would want to keep this idea as a back-burner if it ever really becomes an actual problem. thank you 20 scrolls for calling that out and thx phoenix for the input/suggestion regarding this rule topic. It really means alot(to me atleast)

I understand your reasoning with only guns/kos-able items should only be considered gunplant but i say otherwise. Ct's dropping grenades to T's with the intention for the T(s) to harm the CT teammates feel to me to be addressed. I don't believe dropping all utilities would be gunplant but i want say otherwise for grenades.

With the recent update of operation 'Riptide' on September 21st, 2021 adding new mechanics/features and new maps including enabling people to drop grenade(for competitive tactics). That being said, I would like to add dropping grenades to gunplant rule(as the title suggest) it's not currently there in the JB rules nor Changelogs(correct me if I'm wrong) which is not directly stated that dropping grenades to t's is gunplant. "• Gunplanting - When a CT gives a T a gun." However I do believe this is skirting the gunplant rule while not technically directly breaking the gunplant rule I want to add this rule for more clarification to the gunplant rule EDIT: this is for only HE grenades im talking about ---------------------------------------- If you believe this is a good/bad idea or alr discussed/implemented pls let me know in the comments

Was thinking whether Post this in bug report or talk to ZZL instead but decided to post here since I felt people should have a say on this matter. Cut to the case(as the title suggest) I'm suggesting for a temporary removal the 'pink panther' skin/model on JB. I know many that like/prefer the skin as it's a good skin tbh, however, I'm suggesting this as it's a little broken/outdated To elaborate, here are some similar clips to explain what I mean but if you don't feel like watching i'll just put mini summary under the clips to explain( thx @spook and @john jones for recording you guys wo consent <3) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ^ Here you can stop at 0:20 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Summary To sum up all these clips, all either had knife/guns in the wrong placements(in the feet) and even the utility is slightly inside the model( in 2nd clip but didn't clip other examples w other utilities to solidify this statement). Sometimes the guns are outside of the model entirely. This really trouble CT's knowing if they have a primary or secondary or a knife when the T is on angles(like roof on some maps). This even put an advantage to the skin with long range combat(before attacking) as guards have to properly analyze if they have a primary or knife far away without the obvious implications of that T have primary ton heir hand. This recently put a unsavory thought in me whether this crosses the line of "pay to win" aspect or not especially when you need subscriber to access pink panther skin(correct me if I'm wrong). Look i think we got on the wrong foot here. I wanted insight to what you meant so I understand and improve on my suggestions in the future. I understand "proper" can come off of being entitled, pissy, or disregarding your preivous statement and i apologize for the usage of language(especially to a higher-up with more time and recognition here than me). I want help the community out the best of my abilities without giving shitty regurgitated suggestions. Im not trying to put you under the bus or play "oh poor me" type bullshit but both understand our both perspectives to come up with better ideas as the thread suggest.

Came here to ask if you guys can update/tweak one of the community guides as it's a little outdated, Specifically the appealing guide. Delete the "Admin who banned you" section as it no longer applies to the current appeals as of right now. If you feel this is unneeded please let me know.

why?

ban the word "retard" since ****** is now banned i believe this word should be reasonably banned as well. People can use dumbass(no problems much more tame) but retard almost always led to a correlation to toxicity or fights. In short, it's basically "fight words". I see it as a word used call someone slow or mental retardation since it was(still is) used against special needs individuals, while i see calling someone a 'dumbass' someone who made a dumb/stupid action. The word "retard" is alr banned on various website/communites, how about SG as well? Banning the word will hopefully lessen the toxicity on forums and servers If you believe otherwise please explain why.
