I'd give those resources to the guy who is making Yandere simulator so he could make it an open world game with even more locations and rivals.

The designs should not just be some variation of the SG logo but rather also cool art that non-SG people would want to buy.

SG used to sell merchandise but it turned out that almost nobody wanted to buy shirts featuring an obscure online gaming community. This was a time when the community was maybe 5-6 times bigger than today. However, if what floffy posted is possible then I am all ok with selling stuff again. As long as it costs us nothing.

You are missing the point. You are not supposed to get anything in return, this is about raising a secondary prize for the subscribers in order to possibly get more subscribers. I don't really mind giving up a few skins if I know it might benefit the community. Maybe a worthless case drops on our ZE server, send it our way. We could potentially try this if we do non-sub raffles.

Create a SG Steam account and allow people to just give us skins and cases that are not worth that much. At the end of each month whatever has been collected will be raffled away. If you don't win a game then you might still win a bunch of cases and skins. You should also advertise the raffles in advance in order to motivate new people to subscribe (in our steam group for example)
