What would be the best free forums service, which would be easy to set up, navigate, potentially host many files, and have good control setup? (And yes, I used Google, but as I don't have first-hand knowledge on the subject and all free forums are going to claim they offer better things than the others, I'm just asking for an unbiased view)

My summer's been pretty lame. I've been taking night classes so I can get into a few more colleges, but I stopped that a few weeks ago, and now I have a really bad sore throat. Probably strep.
