  1. pretty sure it was a mani super command and is broken. Otherwise it would be abused to hell already. Oh those days with Obez, Modgers, TCP, Paul, and etc abusing rocket on piratewars in MG and jurassicpark in ZE while others were abusing blackhole will never be forgotten.
  2. Tbh after how well today went I think a regulated old school map day (once a week, once every two weeks, once a month, up to you) like BWGT would be good. The old maps would hopefully attract interest from the newer players and get populated while the older population could satisfy their nostalgia one day at a time. It's better than adding in another 30+ slot dedicated server on an already cramped dedicated box that will just divide the player base more than it has been divided. So yeah, it's a no and a yes.
  3. I got the extended bluray trilogy a while ago and rewatched it a bunch of times
  4. Authority is not given to you to deny the return of the king, steward.

  6. There's nothing wrong with the pug server. It runs league settings (1:45 round times, 35 second bomb timer, 15 second freeze time, etc) that are used by ESEA, Newegg for Wanfest, ESL, CEVO, etc. It's passworded so that only a person who has an affiliation with anybody can get in because they just have to simply look up/ask a friend for the password. It also runs zBlock (which enforces rates and a bunch of client side stuff among other things) and cheating is never really an issue as people pick up if people are cheating anyways. The server isn't meant to be full 24/7 as it's organized/events/announcements just like regular scrims. If the problem is that you want to play whenever then yea sure, you have to wait for people interested to go online, but other than that the server itself needs no modifications. If you REALLY are desperate to play scrims on the go like ESEA then go on mirc and look all randoms. It's like trikz (which is also mostly empty), you need to know people if you want to get things going in that server.
  7. He's come to reclaim his throne.
  8. Like I said, that's because the Alpha showcased Rush, not Conquest. Rush divides the maps like in BC where you have to destroy the MCOM stations/Gold storages. Conquest will feature the full sized maps with no divisions. DICE:BF3 has largest maps we've ever made
  9. Dunno Mercy, probably have to have had MOH Limited Edition to get into the beta. Most store and digital copies that are from EA are in this 'Limited Edition' crap scam and there aren't actual 'Normal' editions anyways so anybody who bought MOH probably has it, maybe except STEAM users, I heard a lot of QQ from people not getting the email from STEAM versions. I think those guys forgot that EA is still mad at Valve over Crysis 2. And yeah Harpr33t, Wake Island was a huge pacific map that was good for vehicle AND infantry warfare. Hopefully people won't abuse the buggy secret that lands you a free J-10 is you're sneaky.
  10. They probably said it felt like Bad Company because the Alpha only had Rush mode which is Bad Company stuff and divides the maps into relatively small sections. Wait till the full game/maybe beta for Conquest mode. DICE promised the maps to be the largest they've done and I'm sure veteran BF2 players will enjoy going 30-0 with joystick advantage flying jet planes and (hopefully) kickass infantry only servers.
  11. you should have admin on the servers again

  12. be advised is the new ramirez
  13. Game runs like a charm despite expected graphical issues and such as it's an alpha after all. I've been playing the Metro Park part and my fps is constantly 45-60, full screen, 1920x1080. Asus P6T EVGA GTX 570 (not oc'd yet) 6gb Corsair Dominator 3x2 i7 930 @ 4.0ghz blah blah blah, rest is irrelevant. Can't wait for beta, not at liberty to discuss any more than that afiak.
  14. I do have to agree with the two. You do seem pretty fucking upset lmfao. So what if the guy doesn't like the movie and makes a joke about it, dealwithitpussy.jpg. Since when did this community become such a tool shed? Asking for maturity on the Internet is redundant. As for Watchmen, wasn't a bad movie and it didn't stray to far from the original graphic novel. I prefer the director's cut.
  15. Not my least favourite regarding quality, I thought the movie was great, but it's my least favourite movie to sit through. The movie wass long as hell to sit through in theatre, everyone's seat probably turned into memory foam shaping their ass print.
  16. yea i read it, i'll look into it

    don't play much css now

  17. Some guy claimed that the alpha ran fine at 1080p on a 6870 and a sandy bridge proc, smooth sailing with an average of 45 fps (more indoors). That's with the alpha which I assume is unoptimized. I'm hoping to see what favours dice will do for people still hanging around older radeon and nvidia cards that came out before bc2. The e3 presentation demo for bf3 used a system with a gtx 580 which ran perfectly... hoping to see what the 580s little brother (570) does for me.
  18. Good. I always lost interest in the full game when I tested the prior builds. I got so used to abusing artillery in BC1 and the XM8 in BC2 during testing that when the full games came out I wasn't really interested in doing nothing else because the test versions were much more fun as fuck.
  19. I'm pretty sure it's random selection. I've tested nearly half a dozen Battlefield games in the past but I don't think that upped any chances as I just got the email from DICE/EA yesterday with the Alpha test ending just shortly after. Could also be the fact that I own and played every single Battlefield game (even VietDerpUSAOverpoweredHolyFuck, F2P, Heroes, and console BF2) online to date but I'm sticking with the theory that they just randomly send emails and codes out. Too bad I won't get to play it though, I'd love to give out the key but I'm pretty sure it's attached to my EA account.
