Funny how it's in OTF right? Like nobody saw this one coming... A lot of people here have very well thought out posts and others just did a complete 720 on this thread. I suggest admins stick to the thread in the SA section and don't bother wasting time on this one. This isn't to point fingers at Raven putting this in the OTF for everyone to read outside of the administration, but these threads don't last long mainly because of the fact that they're in the OTF section too... Saying that, I will do my best to keep things on topic, because even after an AO (Paul) said to quit spamming this very useful thread by Raven for the people that care, the regtards continue to do so anyways. Putting a little twist on the quote I'm sure everyone here has heard once in their life, "If you don't have anything USEFUL to say, don't say anything at all." This thread started out well, and for a moment I almost thought it would end in a mature conversation amongst community Reg's/HG's/Supporters/Admins that were still curious about the issues that have been going on lately, but I was proven wrong once again. So I'll do my best to make it turn towards that direction. As for the issue at hand, since I've been here, Suricruise and the higher up's have done nothing but good things for the community and I would hope they continue to do so. This all started when admins started to ignore warnings from the higher up's saying bans would be handed out if you couldn't follow simple forum rules (which I may add was started 3+ months ago). When shit hit the fan, everyone started pointing fingers at the higher up's for lowing the communities "Fun" level and hovering over us too much on the forum rules. When this all could have been prevented if those people would have read the fairly small threads discussing this matter. And now, you have the time to type out these large rants towards them, taking more time than it would have to read those threads. My point being, when the AO's and BD's make decisions for the sake of keeping this community together, you don't jump on them for doing it (and you especially don't start an E-mob against them), you make conversation with them stating points you agree/disagree on. The last thing I would like to see coming out of this is Suricruise or another higher up stepping down from some people's "quota's" not being fulfilled the way they want it. This is the one and only post I'm going to have in this matter, so if you don't agree with what I'm saying, by all means, PM me... -D2W EDIT: And it seems I have failed, Lock this as it's going absolutely no where. The way I see it, Fredonia State U. was established in 1826 as to your Florida State U which was established in 1851. I see your point though, the athletics/education aren't recognized here because it's Division III in the SUNYAC Conference and Flordia State U. has more recognition because it's DI and has many more famous graduates that came out of there. I'm wearing an FSU hat right now as I'm typing this too. Also, I'm hoping to major in Editing or Journalism. -D2W
