No sense wasting resources and time for a server that will die within weeks. (IMO but last time proves a point) You need dedicated members, admins to seed and fill said server. When Xeno made a Gmod TTT server everyone said they would play it and help populate it. No one played it and it died. Same will happen to retakes IF you lose the "SG" player base. @delirium Is a prime example of how to really jump start a server (Casual iirc) He promoted the shit out of the server, always tried to get people playing. But once the hype dies down (Minecraft, Retakes, Casual etc) these servers die unless you have a constant SG playerbase. Keep it as an event, BMGT or BWGT.

I would have to agree. A great example would the the End Game TTT events. Events on our main servers should be up to the CA's, AT's. The events team does focus outside of CSGO often but I don't see that being an issue. Player count for these events can vary and that is what they struggle with. But the motd/Splash page sounds like a great idea.

Closed Alpha/Beta. Games not all that bad, but seems server load is a bit much when trying to load the store and trying to talk to NPC's Other than that, I'm enjoying it so far.

We use to play this map all the time and hardly did we have people complaining about the guns, layout, sound etc. The only complaint was the Teamkilling with tripmines in the tunnel. The guns on the map are CQC weapons due to the size and layout of the map. The layout is easy to remember, plenty of space for players and is a enjoyable CQC. If guns are an issue, we can edit the map to fix that. Same with the music, it can be fixed or removed. I do not think based on this the map should be removed. Also "Map is rarely played" is not a good reason in my eyes to remove a map. Look at sky_island, hardly played but still on there. The map is not complex compared to other games we have also. So, thats a big No from me.

It shouldn't matter if its hardly played or not, that is not what a map is judged on. If it goes to this map and people rtv or nominate right from the get-go does not mean the map is bad, No. Unless players say in chat and on this site what is wrong with it. You are saying you don't dislike the map but we already have two, but look are Electric we have how many clones of it? So ultimately, your reason for a No I think should not be counted as you do not address anything about the map but solely on "We hardly play it" . Plus we should support our members when they make maps for us, I see no issue with it being on the server list. The map is well done, the layout is a good chance and the lighting is perfect. Keep up the good work mra. Yes from me.

At this point I see doing a minecraft event a waste of time unless someone just hosts a normal vanilla server for like 8 hours or something

As much as I hate to say it, I'd rather this stay. It's a good map to get people on the server. Yes the map lacks a lot of stuff to due but this is what we had in CSS and really does focus on rebelling and such. I think we should keep it and if you get tired of it just rtv

Is it that hard to type !menu or make a bind? Takes like..a second. Plus it tells you what to type for the menus. Its not worth investing time into this, Gmod TTT never told you either.

Thing is, you would need to actively advertise the outfit on reddit, discord, places where PS2 players will see it and join. Also our higher ups would need to make a sub-forum, teamspeak channels etc. At the end of the day, we exist around CSGO. Years ago I could see this work but we do not have the player count we had years ago. Back then we had the numbers to support other games like Rust, BC2 etc. I'm not apposed to a PS event but it should be PS2A

Game size is pretty big and I don't think we could really get the amount of people to really have an impact. Also BR 10 and below are hugely at a disadvantage. Even at BR9X I'm still missing a lot.

C4's you can hear, so its your fault for walking near it. As for tripmines, Im the only one who seems to use them and I always TK my T buddies even after telling them where it is. It would be nice to see a little glow from them at a certain distance but It's never really been an issue.
