It's been this way for years, I don't see this changing. If an admin switches a player to CT and they break rules, they will be punished like any other player. Even if you have never played CT, you should know the rules of the server. I understand where you come from but the ratio 2:1 is set for a reason. I've played when its 3-4 CT's Vs 8 T's or more, It becomes an issue when the T's overpower the Ct's within the first few minutes due to lack of CT's. The way Fuze explained is the best way of dealing with Ratio. When I was SA I would ask if anyone would like to go to CT and if no one went I would switch the highest Kill count T to CT. Rinse and repeat. I also do not want Gangs to go away, I think its a great idea for T's to work together officially rather than just by using a tag. As for CT's I'm sure they can think of something that is similar to T's Gangs.

I disagree. Doesn't matter if there is a longer wait time or point gap you will still have shitty CT's. JB since it started back in 2008, it has always had bad CT's and the Server admins would deal with it & they still do. So if there is a CT that is god awful and should not be CT, Record/Demo and report or talk to an admin. Just how it is man and if they change it im sure you will run into problems having enough CTs

I don't think its about making it handicap accessible, It's just more so that we can only hope players on our servers type out orders on request. It was never a problem then and should not be a problem now if someone asks "What are orders". Takes a few seconds for CT's and T's to type that. If said deaf person is killed trying to figure out orders, I can only hope after explaining they are deaf that players type it out for them. Ultra had friends here in SG and we knew his situation and we typed it out. If a deaf player is having issues, As I said they can request someone to type out the orders or if they have friends in the server to type it out for them. I do not think it puts CT's at a disadvantage or is tedious, its just a matter of if someone can type it out as orders are given either by a CT or T.

If someone is deaf they can request in chat for someone to type it. We had a member here in SG who was deaf and he was also admin, so we are familiar with these kind of situations. Now, I don't think it needs to be a rule thats written down, If I was deaf and needed someone to type the orders I would be typing in chat saying I'm deaf what are the orders. In a lot of cases with Ultramarine once orders were given someone would always type out the orders, since he was a regular and an admin. Its a hard subject as it does not happen often, at the end of the day the player must keep asking for orders to be typed out unless people know said person and types it out for them.

I understand that part, I should of added more to it. Even if the first event had prizes and the 2nd event was just to play said game, I could see a lot of issues. So if there are no prizes, have two event times. If there is an event time, have it at a time both West and East can join. Plus do we have a good deal of ET staff who should be able to handle later events.

Good Idea, Could also host two events in the same night, For your example, One at 6PM Est and 9-10PM Est.
