As long as you have Counter-Strike:Source you don't have to download anything.
You add admins to your steam friends list.
And to make a demo you type "record nameofdemo" into console.
Screen shots are when you press F5, unless you have changed your bind for it.
The pool is put in the maps for a reason, as annoying as it is to press the button over and over, what else do you expect when your playing a game? If you didn't want to press buttons, don't go on the computer.
