A friend of mine is giving me a gtx 1070 ftw soon as long as i upgrade my cpu and psu. Im gonna get a 750w evga psu, but im not sure what cpu to get. The 6700k is cheaper on amazon right now vs the 7700k, but would it be worth it to spend the 40-50 extra? I use my pc for gaming of corse, but also recording and rendering at 1080p. Would the 7700k work better for my needs with the added cost, or would there be such little improvement that i wouldnt really notice the difference between the two? Thanks in advance

Why hello there. As some as you might have noticed, I have not been on the servers much as of late. I've been rather busy as of late fixing my cars and getting my camper ready at camp. My wagon is falling aport and my bmw needs a new drive shaft. I just finally got my van back on the road after a lot of hurdles (7 cars and only 1 on the road right now...). Besides dealing with endless maintenance and working 50 hours a week for weeks (and dealing with a husband thats more like a wife), I am working on my own youtube channel now and trying for 1 or 2 videos a week. With work starting to slow a little and spring still a month or so away, I'm finally getting around to having some free time again. Hopeing that over the next few weeks I can grace the jb server with my lovely (ya right) presence. Just wanted to let you guys know what I've been up to. -C

I make shaft grounding rings for high powered electronic motors. I make parts for ge, tesla, baldor motors, bmw and a few others. Its a sweet job. I put holes in things

The issue with some of the maps, is that a lot of the minigames are death games. Some maps, such as undertail, have areas that the t's can play around without useing any of the death games on the map, such as the drawing area and surf. Maps like spy vs spy dont really have anywhere to go besides soccer, or bottom of climb, with out people complaining that the area is a death game. The rules we have on our servers provide a different way to play jb, and because of that its more of a challenge to find maps that work, as most maps feature a lot of death games, as that is what other servers do. If we can find more maps that provide more fun things, such as surf and drawing or what have ya, we can add them, but we already have most of them. If you can locate some maps you would like us to test, make posts in the maps section ( located here: https://www.steam-gamers.net/forum/forms.php?do=form&fid=8 this is for requesting a new map) and we can check it out and see if it will work on our server. -collie
