I have to say something about point 4.. Best if you eat 3 times a day. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. In between go for some fruit or a cereal bar or whatever. And don't eat after 8pm. That's when you gain the most weight from. And drink 1,5-2L of water.
Try a low carb diet.

I hate when people first say that they hate people that make useless threads, then says that they hate it when threads like that get so much replies, but yet manage to reply at least 4 times in the same thread that they find useless...
How are you suppose to make friends if you don't talk to anyone? I think half of this community doesn't even know who you are. You can't expect to have them be your friend if you don't put an efford into getting to know them.
