I think (could be wrong here though) that it was removed because the new CSS update did not integrate very well with it.
Tbh I think camping throughout the round while your team is still alive is really gay, but I think it's perfectly logical for the last CT to camp.
A lot of you have issues with the current rules in place and wish for them to be different. I honestly don't see too much of a difference with the new rules from the ones we had a month ago, but that's just me.
