  1. ^^ That's a pretty bold statement assuming that nobody else in SG knows anything about it. Anyways, I spent a great deal of time looking up different forms of radios we can put on the server. I too felt like if SG itself could run a radio on it's own it would be way better, however it requires dedi access and it's a pain in the ass dealing with like the one BD I have on my friends list to try and get it added, as a lot of it requires patience for trial and error. I like the idea but without the access I have absolutely no desire, as I learned the hard way after hours were wasted.

    I'm well aware of what a caloric surplus is, but, as Harro said, the amount you're trying to say cardio will affect your ability to gain mass is ridiculous. As long as you aren't running 15k's every day, you aren't going to sacrifice that much lol - plus in the long run it's going to make you overall a lot more healthy.

    There's a difference between saying cardio alone will get you big and saying doing cardio at all will completely prevent you from getting big. The former makes sense; the latter is retarded. You won't burn THAT much more calories doing a healthy amount of cardio, and if anything it'll boost metabolism. Nobody's saying be a marathon runner.

    I lift 5 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week. Sometimes I'll throw in an insanity workout, so I typically workout 5 - 10 times a week. I could do 10 mile runs, but I hate running so I don't lol. It completely depends on what your goals are. For me, gaining weight was incredibly hard, so I just increased the amount of weight resistance in my lifting, ate a lot, and used some other...means...to improve, and I've gained like 15lbs in a month. Everybody is different though. I quit eating like shit, for the most part, and I feel amazing for doing so.
