  4. Id use the pea size dot, spread it with a tooth pick..works great. Make sure to not get any on the Mobo
  5. You wanting windows 7 on both HDD's? If so you could Raid them with Mirroring, but both HDD will have the exact same data, Idk you said you wanted one with XP didnt know if that was a typo =)
