Well your situation isn't example an error in US health care system...although the system does sucks anyway. USA have great infrastructure and health facilities, the problem is that the access to these benefits at low costs are very complicated to get (1.-mostly because your insurance companies are greedy shits with too many power given by law, this makes things very easy to control medical situations to their favor) I'm from a foreign country so my vision may not be accurate, but that's what i have read/learn (Chile is a developing country, but even without having the best Public Hospitals and stuff, we manage to get similar epidemiologic statistics in comparison with the US,spending like 7 times less money, basically because our insurance system and regulation are in good control) anyway most of you probably are better informed since you live there and know about that reform obama wants to make lol.

According to Vacbanned.com: Since VAC2 (2005), all VAC bans are permanent. Before, with VAC1, there used to be 5 year bans and 1 year bans. Some people have been unbanned recently because they had 5 year VAC1 bans, and we got them in our database because their VAC status was checked by our site before their unban. Those who have been recently unbanned can be found in the VAC unbanned list. according to this that account should be now unbanned isn't it? :o

Going back to the old system wouldn't make a big difference, both systems have flaws in different ways (actually, they share many of the flaws mentioned on the thread). The best idea would be to make a whole new application system (even considering it may take some time) About Regs and HGs voting on the system, its true that the word of some of them may have more value than a new supporter's word, so it would be a good thing to leave them at least make comments on the apps. A system shouldn't be just a numerical voting thing, we must consider the value of the opinion behind that number (or the value of opinions not allowed to vote too).
