I think large sigs are aesthetically displeasing, but like you said, the only real issue I see with them is when they break the page. When avatars break the "information border" and extend the column into the post. Same with sigs, if they break the horizontal border of the forums. Or if they are grotesquely tall.

By abuse I just mean making them larger than they [need] to be. You haven't broken any rules ofc, you just like to make them really big. And I think big sigs ruin the forums.

125x125 is perfect avatar size. Anything larger will start to push out the side column of each post larger than it needs to be. As for sig size, I would already say yours are (usually) far too big, which is what I was referring to when I said "abuse". I just meant having them bigger than they should be (imo). I'd be okay with an incremental sig size based on rank, but it would probably be counter productive to what you wanted to accomplish with this thread because the sig sizes would (hopefully) be cut down a lot. Game starting, will elaborate in a bit. Width idc as long as it doesn't extend the page. Height maybe like 250 tops? When the height gets huge it makes the forums look ugly (imo). That's why I don't like large sigs/avatars.

I'm similar. I don't like physics because I hate memorizing equations, but I love math. I was considering being a high school math teacher because a lot of people don't like math, and I could make it more enjoyable for them by being an awesome teacher. Ultimately it depends what you like most. I'm actually going into computer science because I find it more interesting. I like math, but it's not "fun". When I took computer science and had to start working on coding problems I really liked it. It's fun, and I realized it's something I could see myself doing. (I spent so much time mapping because I really liked it, and it feels very similar to mapping. You want to do something, so you find a way to make it work). Really enjoyable

If it's in good fun, it's okay. If it's upsetting them, it's not. Nice easy guideline. If you don't know whether or not it will upset them, don't do it, you probably don't know eachother well enough for it to be considered "in good fun".

Like Sgt said. Not being able to do so many things, makes you better at one thing in specific. Not being able to walk, means your arms get bigger because you have to use them to use the wheelchair wheels. (Not great example but similar). Same with why the blind get better hearing. It's cool, but it's not something we are capable of without losing the ability to do everything else, so our brain can focus on that alone.

Definitely tell her parents. I doubt they will do nothing, I think they just don't know. Then if they still do nothing tell the police. But imagine if you were the parents, and had no idea how she felt (that she thought you were always being mean to her) and then she committed suicide and you found out after. You would (probably at least feel extremely guilty) or blame yourself for her actions. Definitely tell her parents, try to stay detached like others said. I wouldn't sever all ties, but Jaffa said it best, you don't want her to be dependant on you, so try to encourage her to do other things.

Search > Advanced Search > Search by username in the top right. Switch it from posts by user to threads started by user. Then it will find any thread they created and their name will be right there to click. If they haven't created a thread they probably aren't important

Lol. I would listen to them. Norton is pretty darn bad. Whichever route you go it's almost guaranteed to be at the same level or better than Norton (just removing Norton and not getting anythhing is on the same level as keeping it, and getting anything else is a step up).

I feel there are better servers, but obviously not my money so not my say lol. I would actually support climb over dr. Dr isn't bad, but I have fond late night memories of climb at like 5 am. I find it to be a complete waste of time, and often frustrating, but like I said, all things considered I still think back fondly to the time I wasted accomplishing nothing. It's weird. Although honestly I dont have the time for it anymore, and probably won't go in either server
