FPS - Frames per Second. You were bhopping probably with fps_max 30. Which makes you bhop faster. Frames per Second is how many frames are in one second. If there is a lot, the game will run very smooth and nice. When fps is from 1-30, it's gonna look kinda ugly. It's not gonna run smooth, just kinda lag.
