  4. I used to have a pair of gunnars back in the day. IMO didn't really help but I never get headaches from eye strain anyways. also f.lux does the same job for free.

  15. I honestly think the ability to vote kick would suffice. no need to create another rank below admin. While i'm also aware this is prone to abuse... just have penalties for it just like every other rule.

  24. Have you guys thought about switching from Teamspeak to Discord? I know Teamspeak is fairly inexpensive, but discord is free and in my opinion a way better client (side note it is still in beta) You can even use a browser version if you dont want to download the application. Check it out here
